How to reset automatic pet feeder? ›

On the front of the Smart Pet Feeder, you will find the 'feed' button. Press the 'feed' button for 5 seconds. When you hear a beep after about 5 seconds, this indicates that the reset has been performed successfully and the Smart Pet Feeder has been reset to factory settings.

Once the feeder is set up, it will continue dispensing food even if the Wi-Fi is temporarily disconnected. You can also manually feed your pet by pressing the feed button on the machine. Feeding records will sync with the app when wifi is restored, but only if the feeder automatically reconnects.

Instead of measuring in grams, teaspoons, or ounces, the Petlibro uses a product-specific portion system. One portion is equivalent to about 2.5 teaspoons of dry cat food. Depending on the caloric density of your cat's kibble, most adult cats will typically need 16 of these portions per day.
